04Boundaries
Under one parent, overlaps become conflicts the group must manage. Each needs a written rule before either arm acts.
ERTH Volta buys utility assets and builds distributed generation; ERTH Petra owns gas-to-power, ERTH Agra funds solar and wind on farms, and ERTH Rora Water owns regulated utilities. Mandate boundaries between the four are written, with arm’s-length terms for any power contract between them.
