Seven arms under one parent can want the same deal, the same land or the same water. ERTH already has a Cross-Fund Investment Policy; the group is extending it into a Group Allocation Policy that covers all seven arms. Every overlap gets a written rule before either arm acts.

01Where the arms overlap
ERTH Rora Water buys water rights and farmland with water. ERTH Agra’s water and irrigation funds do the same. Rule needed: who gets first look at water-rights deals, and how a shared deal is split.
ERTH Sylva buys timberland in the U.S. South and Pacific Northwest. ERTH Agra buys farmland in overlapping regions. Rule needed: how mixed timber and farm tracts are assigned.
ERTH Agra’s solar, wind and renewable natural gas funds sit close to ERTH Petra’s midstream and gas-to-power. Rule needed: mandate boundaries between the two.
ERTH Ferra holds hard-rock royalties and streams; ERTH Petra holds oil and gas minerals. Rule: boundary by commodity, metals to ERTH Ferra and hydrocarbons to ERTH Petra.
ERTH Rora Water desalination plants need large power supply, which ERTH Petra gas-to-power could provide. Rule: arm’s-length pricing and disinterested approval for any contract between the two.
ERTH Terra buys raw land and farmland for entitlement in states where ERTH Agra and ERTH Sylva also buy. Rule needed: first look on mixed-use rural tracts, and whether farmland goes to ERTH Agra or ERTH Terra.
ERTH Volta buys utility assets and builds distributed generation; ERTH Petra owns gas-to-power, ERTH Agra funds solar and wind, and ERTH Rora Water owns regulated utilities. Rule needed: mandate boundaries between the four, and arm’s-length terms for any power contract between them.
02How group materials use figures
Every arm keeps its figures in its own register: entities, funds, targets and status.
Arm by arm, with the source named and the status shown. A group document inherits every figure it repeats.
The group does not publish a combined total across the arms.
Committed capital is stated only when it is backed by executed subscription documents. Assets under management are stated only once funds close.
03Governance
Compliance
One chief compliance officer and one compliance program over all arms. Each arm keeps its own manual until they are merged.
Allocation
The Group Allocation Policy decides which arm takes a deal that more than one arm could do.
Related-party terms
Any contract between two arms is priced at arm’s length and approved by people with no interest in it.
Entities
The parent entity and each arm’s core entities are filed and in good standing before any group document goes to investors, lenders or press. [In progress]
People
A named executive appears on this site only once hired. Roles that are open are shown as roles.

The people
Alexandra Pohl and William Pohl III lead the group. The rest of the team is built in stages, arm by arm.
