Chief Compliance Officer
What the role does. Runs the group’s one compliance program across all seven arms: merges each arm’s manual into one, keeps the code of ethics, oversees adviser registration filings and keeps the records of every decision made under the Group Allocation Policy.
Reports to. William Pohl III, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer.
What we look for. Senior compliance experience at a private fund adviser, working knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act, and the judgment to run one program over several businesses with their own funds.

ERTH Ferra · Houston headquarters
Head of ERTH Ferra
What the role does. Leads the metals arm: battery metals, rare earths and magnets, uranium and nuclear fuel, copper and industrial metals, and royalties and streams. Builds Funds XI to XV from formation and owns the arm’s target dossiers and commodity briefings.
Reports to. Alexandra Pohl, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
What we look for. Mining finance or mining-company experience, the ability to read a mine plan and a feasibility study, and a record in production-stage or construction-ready projects.

Head of ERTH Sylva
What the role does. Leads the timberland arm and ERTH Sylva Fund I across its five regional funds: U.S. South, Pacific Northwest, Latin America, Oceania, and Nordic & Northeast. Owns acquisition, harvest planning and stewardship.
Reports to. Alexandra Pohl, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
What we look for. Timberland investment or forest management experience, comfort reading a timber cruise, and a long-cycle view of working forests.

Head of ERTH Agra
What the role does. Leads the farmland arm across its five sleeves: succession and expansion lending, food and agricultural infrastructure, land and stewardship leases, ag energy transition, and water and irrigation. Works with the Farmer Advisory Council.
Reports to. Alexandra Pohl, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
What we look for. Farmland investment or agricultural lending experience, the ability to read a soil survey, and real working relationships with farmers.

Land acquisition and entitlement manager
What the role does. Finds raw land and farmland in the arm’s eight states and takes it through zoning, utilities, access and approvals for ERTH Terra Fund 0 and the funds that follow.
Reports to. Alexandra Pohl, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, who leads ERTH Terra.
What we look for. Land acquisition and entitlement experience in one or more of Texas, Florida, Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Colorado and Utah, and patience with public approval processes.

Head of ERTH Petra
What the role does. Leads the upstream oil and gas arm and its conversion of sixty named funds into eight evergreen vehicles, from unconventional and offshore to specialty gas and international.

What we look for. Upstream oil and gas investment or operating experience, the ability to read a decline curve and a reserve report, and experience with fund or vehicle structures.

Power infrastructure investment manager
What the role does. Sources and runs ERTH Volta’s investments in utility assets, distributed generation, microgrids and energy efficiency for large industrial and real-estate users, starting with ERTH Volta Fund 0.
Reports to. Alexandra Pohl, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, who leads ERTH Volta.
What we look for. Power or utility infrastructure investment experience, the ability to read an interconnection queue and a power purchase agreement, and knowledge of utility regulation.

What the role does. Leads the water and air arm and its three lines: Rora Water (water rights, regulated utilities, desalination and recycling), Rora Air (indoor air quality as a contracted service) and Rora Atmospheric Water.

What we look for. Water rights or water utility investment experience, the ability to read a water-rights ledger, and the range to oversee an operating company alongside a fund.
