One structure. One register. One set of rules.
Every business in the group is an arm of ERTH and carries an ERTH name. The arms keep their brands, their funds and their document libraries. The parent does three things.
Owning the companies
The parent owns the arms and holds the group view: one structure, one company register, and one set of rules for how the arms deal with each other.
Running shared functions
Compliance, legal, finance, technology and brand governance sit at the parent. One chief compliance officer and one compliance program cover every arm.
Settling conflicts
When two arms want the same deal, the same land or the same water, a written Group Allocation Policy decides who takes it and how a shared deal is split.
Citing, never summing
Group materials cite each arm’s figures by arm, with the source named. The group does not publish a combined total.
